We encourage owners to bring favourite blankets, bedding or toys to help your cat feel at home — those familiar scents make a huge difference.
Our team spend time with each cat, offering calm reassurance, fuss and play depending on what they prefer. Some cats love feathers and toy time… some just want a comfy nap and a cheek rub! We respect each personality and adjust to their comfort level so they feel secure and content throughout their stay.

All cats must have up-to-date vaccinations. Please bring your vaccination card on the first day of boarding.
Can my cat bring toys, beds or their scratch post?
Absolutely! We encourage familiar items because they help your cat settle quickly and feel at home.
How often are cats fed during their stay?
We follow your cat’s feeding routine — whether once, twice or little and often. We will discuss this with you when booking.
Do you administer medication if needed?
Yes, provided it is clearly labelled with instructions. We are comfortable administering oral medication.
